Store Credit & Return Policy

At Zeenora, each order is carefully processed and verified before dispatch. To maintain the quality and integrity of our jewellery collections, we do not offer cash refunds.

However, eligible returned products may qualify for a store credit coupon, allowing customers to shop again with confidence.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for store credit:

  • The return request must comply with our policy guidelines.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • Original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping charges associated with returning the item.

Verification & Store Credit

Once the returned item reaches our facility, it will undergo a quality inspection.

If approved, a store credit coupon equivalent to the product value will be issued and shared with the customer for future purchases on Zeenora.pk.

Products that fail inspection due to use, damage, missing tags, or missing packaging may not qualify for store credit.
