Exchange Eligibility

Customers may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving their order.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must remain intact.
  • The product must show no signs of use, damage, alteration, or wear.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping and delivery charges associated with the exchange process.

Exchange Process

  2. Securely return the item to our team.

  3. Upon receiving the product, our quality control team will carefully inspect and verify its condition.

  4. Once approved, the exchange request will be processed.

Please note that all shipping expenses associated with the exchange process are the responsibility of the customer.
